"Systemic Thinking" for the creation of Ecosystems

In this co-creative workshop, we divulge the pillars of the "Systemic Thinking" methodology for the creation of Ecosystems, focusing on the activation of the actual articulations necessary to make things happen. 

“Systemic Thinking" helps to understand, analyse, identify forces and patterns, connect them, and activate the levers of change in an Ecosystem, so that these articulations can begin to bring about lasting change. 

The workshop will illustrate the principles of the "Systemic Thinking" methodology, both theoretically and practically, how to map and understand a system, and how to analyse it to locate leverage points and adapt to a changing environment.
